Terms And Conditions 

Terms and Conditions - Oceans Space Software

1. Payment Terms
All projects require an upfront payment of 60% - 70% before work begins. The remaining 30% - 40% balance must be paid in full upon project completion and before final delivery.

2. Project Delivery
Delivery time will be agreed before starting. Delays caused by late content, feedback, or payments from the client will extend delivery time.

3. Project Quality Terms
We deliver high-quality, fully tested, responsive, secure, and error-free products with premium designs, HD assets, and clean code. Up to 2 rounds of free revisions are allowed during development. Any major change outside the agreed scope will be charged as a new task.

4. App Testing & Publication
App Testing and App Publication are billed separately. We do not publish to Google Play Store or App Store unless the client has subscribed and paid for both services.

5. IT Consultation
IT Consultation services have separate pricing and are not included in development costs.

6. Designs & Video
For designs, watermarked previews will be provided for initial viewing before final conclusion. Clients are required to provide samples or references before work execution.

7. Management & Maintenance
For critical projects like Websites and Mobile Apps, management is optional. If the client wants us to manage the project, a separate Management Agreement will be signed with monthly or annual fees. Upon full payment, all backend access will be granted.

8. Support & Consultation After Handover
If our help is needed after full handover and outright access has been issued, it will attract an additional consultation fee. Minor immediate support after delivery is free.

9. No Refunds Policy
Once payment is made and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. All payments are non-refundable as they cover time, resources, digital services, and third-party commitments. In case of dissatisfaction, we will revise the work according to the agreed scope until quality standards are met.

10. Acceptance
Payment Methods - Oceans Auto Boosting 

We accept payments only via flutterwave Gateways. You can proceed using the receiving methods available in your location on flutterwave. By making the initial payment, the client agrees to these terms.
